Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship across the whole of Malaysia. We will be opening shipping to other parts of Asia in coming months. Check our social media for updates.

How long does delivery take?

Local orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Is my candy shipped from Sweden?

We import directly from Sweden's best manufacturers and hold stock locally, so your order ships quickly from our warehouse rather than waiting on an international shipment.

Our Candy

Is Scandy's authentic Swedish candy?

Yes — every product is imported directly from Sweden. Nothing is repackaged or made locally.

Does your candy contain gelatine or animal derivatives?

While most Swedish candy typically contains gelatine, Scandy's only carries VEGAN candies. As such, our candies do not contain any animal derivatives and any form of gelatine is plant-based.

Does your candy contain alcohol?

No.

Is Scandy's candy halal?

Scandy's is not halal-certified but all our candies are Muslim-friendly. We only sell vegan and alcohol-free candies.

Is Scandy's gluten-free?

No. Some of the candies do contain gluten.

How do you keep the candy fresh and how long can it last for?

As long as the candy is kept in a cool and dry place, it can last for up to 6 months. If you do refrigerate your candy, we suggest leaving out for a few minutes before consumption for the best experience.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards and other checkout options shown at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Reach out to us as soon as possible after ordering — if it hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to help.

Returns & Support

What's your return policy?

Because our products are food items, we're unable to accept returns once received. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us right away and we'll make it right.
