Order Processing
All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information (where applicable).
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within Malaysia.
If you are interested in shipping to another country, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service.
Typical delivery times:
West Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia): 1–3 business days
East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 3–6 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays or peak seasons.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:
- delivery location
- order size and weight
- courier service used
From time to time, Scandy’s may offer free shipping promotions for qualifying orders.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address details or the recipient being unavailable, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the package to us.
Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing your order.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or if your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
