Refund policy
At Scandy’s, we want you to have a great experience with our Swedish candy. Due to the nature of our products (food items), all sales are final once orders have been shipped, except in specific cases outlined below.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed and shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

If the order has not yet been processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Returns & Refunds
Refunds or replacements are only provided under the following conditions:
- Wrong item received
- Missing item(s)
- Product damaged during delivery
- Order not successfully delivered and returned to us
We do not offer refunds or returns for:
- Change of mind
- Personal taste preferences
- Opened or consumed products
Product Condition Disclaimer
Due to Malaysia’s climate, some products may be sensitive to heat.
Minor softening or cosmetic changes do not qualify as damage and are not eligible for refund.
Reporting an Issue
All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Please email: ask@scandys.co with:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of:
- Product
- Packaging
- Shipping label
Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in rejection of the claim.
Return Requirements
Returns are only required if explicitly requested by Scandy’s.
If a return is approved:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Must be returned within 7 days
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the error was caused by Scandy’s
Refund Processing
Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Typical refund timelines:

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
