Products
Scandy’s sells authentic Swedish candy imported from Sweden. We take care to present our products as accurately as possible.
Please note that our pick-and-mix candy assortments are curated based on current inventory and may vary slightly from the images shown.
All products are intended for personal consumption and should be stored according to the storage instructions provided.
Pricing and Payments
All prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payments are processed securely through our approved payment providers.
Orders will only be confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
Shipping and Delivery
We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier services and other factors beyond our control.
Once an order has been shipped, Scandy’s is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs authorities.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of food products, we generally do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Product Storage
Candy should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Exposure to heat or humidity may affect product texture and quality.
Limitation of Liability
Scandy’s shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information if they have allergies or dietary restrictions.
